This is the FULL WORKS to derestrict your ROYAL ALLOY letting it breath. A stainless exhaust and remap for the ECU. AirSock made by RamAir to allow full air intake. DrPulley Rollers to improve rpm and smooth out the acceleration. Tasso Kevlar EPDM drive belt for long lasting power.

Remap adjustments :

- More spark advance at full load whilst remaining in safe zone.
- More spark advance on lower RPM/MAP ranges to improve the acceleration.
- Totally different approach to Power Enrichment
- Higher RPM limit
- Speed limiter removed
- AFR adjustments for FULL and PART load
- New Volumetric Efficiency tables
- New Acceleration Enrichment tables
- Less engine brake
- Improved power curve across all RPMs

If we release a newer version for your model you will get any future remap updates for free. Just post the ECU back and it will be remapped with this latest WORKS number.

Once you have ordered, download the TS114 REMAP REQUEST form. Its important you send your ecu to the address shown this form. DO NOT SEND TO OUR REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS ON OUR WEBSITE. Download, print, complete and include this form with your ECU. Then simply unbolt and unplug your ECU from your scooter and post this (RECORDED or SPECIAL DELIVERY) to us, we will remap the software and post it back to you.

During the checkout you will be charged with shipping costs, thats actually for the return of the ECU to you, the shipping to us is be done by you.

Remember remapping makes changes to the way the engine works and may invalidate your warranty. Its of course your choice to take the extra speed/power or not. But we need you be aware of this as we take no responsibility for damage to motors in the future from use of this upgrade.
