Ordering Process

There are three ways to order: The easiest way to order is by using our webcart on our website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. The second way is to phone your order through to us, if you are in the UK call us free on 0131 357 1988, if you are phoning from outside the UK call +44 (0) 131 357 1988. if outside the UK +44 (0) 0131 357 1988. The fourth way is to post your order to us, you can send a cheque or postal orders (please do not send cash) payable to Tasso Works Ltd. Please see below for our address and other details.


We will despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes.
Shipping Zones

Zone A - UK Next day carrier UK deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and require a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot. If you would like to leave your order safe please add instructions in the delivery Notes Box.
Orders above 2kg to areas "BT","GY","HS","IM","IV","JE","KA27","KA28","KW","PA20","PA21","PH36","ZE","BFPO" must use Zone B.
Zone B - Offsure UK Non mainland UK on orders above 2kg ( use Zone A for orders below 2kg ) Airmail small packet ( O - 2kg ) International Courier ( 2kg + )
Zone C - International Courier - Super fast 3-7 day shipping time to specified countries.

The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.

All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. You can track the status of your order by inputing your login code on our track order page. Your login code is emailed to you when you complete your order. We will contact you to confirm we have shipped the order, this will include a parcel tracking reference number.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

You may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In addition, when ordering, you are the importer for customs purposes and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Cancellation or Changing your order

Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order upto 7 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, we can arrange to collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund. We endeavor to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.

Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on 0131 357 1988 or by email contact us. We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.

Contract for the supply goods

The display of goods on the Tasso Works site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Tasso unless, and until, an email is sent by easypods to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Tasso of your offer to buy goods from Tasso and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. Tasso are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.


You can pay by Paypal or any, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, Switch or Solo cards. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using SSL technology. You may also pay by cheque or postal order please contact us first before sending your payment. The prices displayed on are web site are in GBP British pound Sterling.


We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of Scotland. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
